Home Town: Helena, Ar.
Unit at Loring: A&E
First Day at Loring: August 1955
Most Memorable Experience: My last flight in a B-36. It wasn't unsall to come home with engines not turning along with other problems, but when we were 300 mles east of Boston and all of a sudden a hole appeared about 3 feet in front od aft compartment. We still felt ok but when we got back to Loring and all the fire trucks and ambulance aligned up I felt a little uneasy. It turned out to be one of the best landing..
Last Day at Loring: May 1958
What did you do after Loring? I went back to school and got a BS degree and worked for IBM for 39 years. Im presently retired and do some gardening and helping out some disabled people in the comunity.
