Hometown:  Mutechen, NJ

Unit at Loring:  42nd Field Maintenance Squadron

First day at Loring:  I arrived at Limestone AFB with A/3c Larry Cox in September 1955.  We were both assigned to Limestone AFB after completing Tech school at Chanute Field ILL.  We Arrived by car around 2 A.M.  We knew right away we weren't near any large towns.

Most memorable experience:

Last Day at Loring:   Sort of sad leaving all my friends who I had served with for 3 years.

What did you do after Loring: I was discharged on 12/1/1958, and was hired as a Lineman for New jersey Bell Telephone on 12/15/1958. I retired 33 years later on 12/15/1991 as a Special Services Supervisor.
