It was a fast paced confusing day, being assigned a room in the dorm, getting acquainted in the hospital. All in all a stressful but fun day. Most Memorable Experience: Blizzard coping--base shutdown. Coming off alert and next day bunches of people gone on the way to SEA. Last Day at Loring: In many ways sad. Sorry to leave my old work station and friends. Especially my NCOIC, Sgt. Alfred Schlegel, a great old warhorse. What did you do after Loring? Attended The Ohio State University. Worked in an automotive supplier for over 30 years the last 10 years in Europe. Now retired.
