Most Memorable Experience: While riding the AE standby truck and being called on a KC-135 radar problem. Had to change a APN-59 RT unit to avoid an abort. Also all the excitement during the Cuban missile crisis. Those were the days. Last Day at Loring: Looking forward to going home,but with mixed feelings about whether I should have reenlisted. What did you do after Loring? Worked as a Avionics tech. at Northrop/Grumman for 7 yrs. and then a tech. writer for 30 yrs. Have been retired since 2002.
