Unit at Loring:  42nd Air Base Group

First day at Loring:  Cold and snowy.

Most memorable experience:   The people I met and the year the ABG won the base softball championship. I still have the trophy.

Last Day at Loring:   Exciting because I was going home for Christmas. I never returned to the base because I was reassigned to France while home on leave.
