Home Town: Dighton, Ma
Unit at Loring: 42nd FMS / AGE
First Day at Loring: Processing in for my last duty assignment and getting housing set up for my Family...
Most Memorable Experience: Favorite story, was when the B-52 burned on the Hard Stand next to the AGE Power Dock...I worked from that Dock at the time, moving Ground Power Equipment to Aircraft on the Flight-Line. Now that was some hot fire, will never forget it...
Last Day at Loring: Eventful day of processing out into civilian life, my last seven months of service after Vietnam was at Loring...
What did you do after Loring? Became a truck driver, delivering all around New England, and ironic as it may seem, I made many trips to Loring from Boston to deliver all types of materials and food products....
