Unit at Loring: 42nd civil engineering fd

First Day at Loring: very busy getting settled in.

Most Memorable Experience: its been 40 years i can't pick 1. my time at loring was great. i had only been at loring about 2 weeks when we had the wyoming circle fire. i was also there for the bx annex fire.

Last Day at Loring: sad, i really enjoyed my time at loring. i was going over to raf greenamcommon england.

What did you do after Loring? left england in march of 1977. went to blain afs wa. i was the only firefighter at blain afs. i left the af 8-78 and moved to gillette wyo and coal mined for a fue years. i now live in st cloud mn and build city buses for new flyer.
