Home Town: Knox, PA 16232
Unit at Loring: Security Police
First Day at Loring: It was fun. A new adventure.  Had been home on leave from Vietnam, bought my 1st car-1965 Mustang Convertible drove from PA. My 1st SAC base.  Looking forward to meeting new people and checking out the area and Canada.
Most Memorable Experience: Enjoying the people I met and worked with.  My last year there I worked the midnight shift.  Was the SAT team leader for the A and B bomb storage areas.  Most of the guys I worked with only knew me by my nickname "Finni".
Last Day at Loring: Pretty much bitter/sweet.Got discharged that day.  Looking forward to driving home to PA.
What did you do after Loring? I've worked at a number of things.  I retired from the PA Bureau of State Parks in 2007 with over 20 years service.
