Home Town: West Babylon, NY
Unit at Loring: 42nd AEMS
First Day at Loring: My first day at Loring was nice because it was warm and I was excited to be finally able to work on the B52
Most Memorable Experience: Jumping off the AEMS barracks roof into 12 to 15 feet of snow was fun. Just as much fun were the all night long card games.
Last Day at Loring: A happy day for me. I looked forward to leaving the AF because there was no room for advancment at the time I was in.
What did you do after Loring? "I worked for Grumman Aircraft for 32 years with lots of memories of the Apollo mission t the moon and back as well as 3 years in Isfahan Iran in support of the F14. Now living on Long Island. Still working because I don't want to become bored.
